Manta Ray Station is the ‘direct to public’ tap room for Limestone Coast Brewing Operations (LCB).

You probably haven’t heard of LCB, but that’s because LCB doesn’t package beer in cans or bottles, nor do they operate brewpubs under the LCB brand. What they do however is provide authentic craft brewery solutions for their customers that allow them to have their own craft brewery — under their own brand — without the capital or operating expenses of doing it from scratch.

They essentially provide ‘craft beer as a service’ for the hospitality industry, as well as contract brewing for other brands of beer you’ll likely recognise. If you had a drink at The Island Brewhouse in Elizabeth Quay, The Two Up Brewery in Joondalup, The Exchange in West Leederville or East Village in the Murray Street mall — then you will have sampled their craft beer and ciders.
